Since beginning my practice, I have witnessed the profound effects of massage therapy both physically and emotionally. Not only does it help to heal and prevent injuries but it induces a state of calm connection between mind and body which brings an awareness that leads to the balance and harmony of both. With the addition of acupuncture into my practice I am able to bring my clients to an even deeper state of relaxation and a more profound healing of injuries and balancing takes place. I love what I do and I think my clients feel that. The merging of skill and compassion is what I wish to convey in every session.
